What this website collects

This website has no sign-up forms, no analytics and no advertising cookies. Our hosting provider, GitHub Pages, may log visitors' IP addresses for security and to keep the service running. See GitHub's privacy statement for details.

When you contact us

If you email us or book a call, we keep your name, email address, company and what you tell us, so we can reply and, if we work together, deliver the project. We don't sell or rent this information.

Prospective clients

We may contact business addresses that are publicly listed for work purposes. Every such email says who we are and how to stop further emails. Reply "no thanks" or write to hello@samastik.com and we won't contact you again.

Client projects

When we build automations for a client, any data we handle is used only for that project, under the terms we agree with that client, and only in the client's own tools or tools they approve.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to reply, deliver work and meet legal and tax record-keeping duties, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@samastik.com. We'll reply within 30 days.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
